Can't Remove Avast?

Avast Home Edition is a complete anti-virus package and is free for registered users. It contains an on-demand scanner with two interfaces (simple for novices and advanced for experienced users), an on-access scanner with Standard Shield (which protects against execution and opening malware programs) and an embedded e-mail scanner which scans incoming and outgoing email messages.
Avast is popular among computer users but there is not a thing suitable for everyone in the world and if you want to remove Avast but fail, please don't worry. The following is the most comprehensive information of removing Avast from your PC.
(A) Simply uninstall Avast in windowsXP
Step 1
From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
Step 2
Click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
Step 3
Select the program you wish to remove and click Remove. Windows XP in Classic View and 2000.

From the Start menu, select Settings, and then Control Panel.

Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.

Select the program you wish to remove and click Add/Remove.

Follow the instructions in the wizard to remove Avast! Home from your system.

(B) Simply uninstall Avast in Windows Vista.

3. When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced BOOT Options menu.
4. Use your Up and Down arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press the Enter button to boot into Vista Safe Mode
5.When Windows starts you will be at a typical logon screen. Logon to your computer and Vista will enter Safe mode.
Uninstall it with "Force Uninstall" function
1) Double click the QuuSoft Uninstaller shortcut to run it.
2) Click Force Uninstall then it will pop ups a dialogue box which says: It is recommended that you should firstly try the "Uninstall" function.click OK
3) In the force uninstall wizard window click the icon next to Scanning the program to select the folder in your hard drive where you locate the program. Then click Open
4) Click next to start removal
5) Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the removal.
6) Close QuuSoft Unistaller and check the folder where the program to be installed locates again to find out whether all the files have been removed, if not, right-click the folder, click "Delete", that will delete the leftovers.
(C) Simply uninstall it in Windows7
Step 1
Click the START icon located at the bottom left corner of your screen.
